Project Overview

Developed a recruitment platform for Loma, a specialist agency connecting foreign teachers with schools across Japan. The platform was designed to both attract applicants through SEO-rich content and streamline the end-to-end application and vetting process.

A strong emphasis was placed on content structure and discoverability, providing detailed information about living and teaching in Japan while guiding users through a fully digital application journey.
