Developed a comprehensive digital platform for a veterinary hospital, combining eCommerce, telemedicine, and pet care management into a single, cohesive system. The platform enables pet owners to access professional care, purchase medication, and manage their pets’ health through an intuitive online experience.

The solution was designed to streamline both customer interactions and internal workflows, enhancing accessibility to veterinary services while maintaining compliance and reliability.

• eCommerce for Veterinary Medication: Built a secure online store for purchasing animal medication, including product management, cart functionality, and checkout workflows.
• Online Consultation & Telemedicine: Integrated video consultation capabilities (via Zoom) allowing pet owners to connect with veterinarians remotely, including support for digital prescriptions.
• Prescription Management System: Developed backend workflows for issuing, tracking, and validating prescriptions linked to consultations and purchases.
• Custom Health Calculators: Implemented tools for feeding guidelines, dosage calculations, and general pet care recommendations based on user inputs.
• Vaccination & Care Reminders: Built automated reminder systems for vaccinations, treatments, and follow-ups, improving ongoing pet health management.
• User & Pet Profile Management: Engineered account systems allowing users to manage multiple pets, medical histories, and treatment records.
