Project Overview

Developed a high-end photography application designed for parents to document the journey from pregnancy and adoption through to early childhood. The platform allows users to overlay handcrafted, exclusive artwork onto personal photos, creating professional-grade digital keepsakes for milestones and "first moments."

Key Features & Contributions

• Precision Image Editor: Built a custom mobile editing suite allowing users to upload, crop, and transform photos with real-time UI updates.
• Handcrafted Artwork Library: Integrated an extensive catalogue of illustrations from four high-profile artists, categorised into 11 thematic journeys (e.g., Pregnancy, Labor & Birth, Adoption).
• Dynamic Asset Manipulation: Engineered a drag-and-drop canvas where users can adjust size, colour, and positioning of vector-style overlays.
• Monetisation Strategy: Implemented a freemium model with 17 additional IAP artwork packs, managing licensing and entitlement logic.
• Seamless Social Integration: Developed export and sharing pipeline for high-resolution renders and direct social sharing.
